ABOUT ME
Hi, I am Samera. I'm a mother of three, strength coach, and have been a personal trainer for over 5 years. Throughout my career I've worked at various gyms, health clubs, and have owned and managed a personal training studio.
My clients vary from those looking to lose weight and get into shape to those competing professionally. My journey started when I decided to get back into shape after having my second child - so I know how hard it can be.
If there is one thing you’ll get to know about me, it’s just how much I love my job - there is nothing more satisfying than hearing my clients tell me how great they feel and the positive impact our sessions have on their lives.
All it takes is hard work and motivation - when you find yourself short on either, you know where I am.

Training with Samera changed my life for the best! when I first met Samera I was insecure and didn’t look at myself as being someone with a nice body, I was wearing baggy clothes I wouldn’t wear the gym gear I wanted to like cropped tops and leggings, when I met Samera and she began to train me she took time out to get to know me, she's not just a PT, she's my therapist too. She took everything I said and made me channel it into my training and bettering myself physically and mentally and now in the gym women will ask her to train them because they notice the difference in my body and how I look now, I now wear the gym gear I have always wanted to and I wear it with pride and confidence.
I love the woman she moulded me into. I’ve also found a long time friend in Samera she will call and check up on me daily making sure I’ve eaten and eating the correct things also. If you are looking for a PT she is all the way your girl, whether you're wanting to lose weight or gain she is the girl who will make it happen for you. She's amazing and genuinely my motivation in life.
